Are you an ENP (Emergency Nurse Practitioner) Nurse looking to pick up shifts around the Gloucestershire area? We have access to ad-hoc and block bookings at competitive hourly pay rates from £26.00- £35.00 per hour. Pulse is a leading UK and International provider in health and social care staffing; we are unique in our commitment to delivering the highest quality service. We are proud to have been awarded approved supplier status on all major NHS frameworks in England and Wales giving you access to a wide range of A&E shifts at MIU’S and Hospitals. We are seeking dedicated, compassionate A&E ENP nurses and offer fantastic work opportunities giving you the flexibility to work around your lifestyle.
Roles of an ENP:
- Patient assessment, including pain assessment and management
- Diagnosing problems such as sprains, strains, cuts and bites, giving medication (orally or via injection), and treating minor injuries including burns and wounds
- Reading and assessing X-rays
- Administering some medications, including antibiotics
- Recording ECG examinations
- Discharging patients when appropriate
ENP Role requirements:
- NMC registration
- Recent 6 months experience in the last 12 months
- Evidence of completion of v300 prescribing certificate
- Full EPP clearance of immunisations
- 2 clinical references to provide your ENP skills
