About the role:
We are currently seeking a dedicated Band 6 Locum General Radiographer to join our team in Oxford. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a leading healthcare facility, providing essential diagnostic imaging services. Your main responsibilities as a CT/General Radiographer:
- Performing a wide range of general radiographic procedures to support the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
- Operating advanced imaging equipment, ensuring high-quality image capture, and adhering to established clinical protocols and safety standards.
- Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, providing compassionate care and contributing to the efficient operation of the radiology department.
Qualifications and Experience:
- HCPC registration as a Radiographer.
- Proven experience in general radiography, ideally at Band 6 level.
- Proficiency in using modern radiographic equipment and adhering to imaging standards.
- Knowledge of radiation protection and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a dynamic healthcare environment.
