The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our community pharmacy in Newbury and make a real impact on people’s lives. Whether you’re supporting pharmacists, providing top-notch services to customers, or fostering community spirit, your work will touch the lives of hundreds of people every day.

Your main responsibilities as a Pharmacy Manager:

  • You will deliver a range of NHS and private services and provide healthcare advice to customers.
  • You will play an active role in our charity support program, giving advice to people at risk of or living with cancer, heart disease, and diabetes.
  • You will lead, train, and develop colleagues.
  • You will build relationships with Primary Care Networks and GPs’ surgeries.
  • You will ensure accurate payment claims for NHS-covered items.
  • You will use a planning system to ensure pharmacy staff are available to meet our customers’ needs.
