We are seeking an enthusiastic Consultant in Adult Psychiatry to work full time hours for our NHS client based in Cheadle, Cheshire. This vacancy is available on a locum basis for the successful candidate to start immediately for a short-term contract.
Responsibilities:
- Providing high-quality patient care
- Conducting comprehensive assessments
- Developing individualised treatment plans
- Maintaining compliance with all legal obligations as prescribed by the Mental Health Act (MHA) and the Ministry of Justice
- Assessing patients under the MHA and making recommendations under the MHA
- Acting as Responsible Clinician (RC)
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Full GMC licence to practice
- Section 12 approval
- Approved Clinician
- Previous experience in a similar role
