We are seeking an enthusiastic Consultant in Adult Psychiatry to work full time hours for our NHS client based in Bradford, Yorkshire. This vacancy is available on a locum basis for the successful candidate to start immediately for a short-term contract.
What will your responsibilities be?
We are seeking a Consultant for the General Adult Psychiatry Ward, Key responsibilities include providing high-quality patient care, conducting comprehensive assessments, and developing individualised treatment plans. The role requires Section 12 and Approved Clinician (AC) approval. You will be expected to maintain compliance with all legal obligations as prescribed by the Mental Health Act (MHA) and the Ministry of Justice. You are also expected to assess patients under the MHA and make recommendations under the MHA and to act as Responsible Clinician (RC).
Qualifications and Experiences:
- You must have a full GMC licence to practice
- Section 12
- Approved Clinician
- Previous experience in similar role
- Specialist Register (CCT)
