Job Title: CAMHS ASD – Band 8b

Location: Shrewsbury, Shropshire

Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Principal Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our esteemed client’s team in Shrewsbury, Shropshire. This is a locum position available immediately for a short-term contract with competitive rates.

Responsibilities:

• Providing supervision to the team
• Chairing MDT meetings
• Providing diagnostic oversight for assessments
• Raising concerns or needs to the leadership team
• Assisting with clinics on an as-needed basis
• Remote candidates will be considered
• Essential training and understanding of ADOS and ADI

Qualifications and Experience:

• HCPC registration
• Qualified Clinical, Educational, Forensic, or Counselling Psychologist
• Experience supporting children or young people in clinical settings
