We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Band 6 Radiotherapist to join our client’s team in Brighton. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing high-quality radiotherapy treatment to patients. Responsibilities:
- Deliver precise and effective radiotherapy treatments, adhering to protocols and guidelines.
- Prepare and position patients for treatment, operate radiotherapy equipment, and monitor patients during procedures.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Provide education and support to patients throughout their treatment.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Degree in Radiotherapy or related field
- HCPC registration
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in radiotherapy
- Proficiency in operating radiotherapy equipment
- Strong understanding of radiotherapy techniques and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
