We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Acute Physiotherapist to join our team in Leeds. This role is essential in providing high-quality physiotherapy services within an acute hospital environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering patient-centered care, ensuring effective discharge planning, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the physiotherapy department.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing, planning, and implementing physiotherapy treatment programs for patients in an acute hospital setting.
- Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate safe and timely discharges.
- Providing education and support to patients and their families.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
