Job Description:
Livewell Southwest CIC is seeking a Band 6/7 Locum Physiotherapist to join our team in Mount Gould, Plymouth. This role involves managing a varied caseload and providing high-quality physiotherapy services to support the rehabilitation and well-being of our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough assessments of patients with diverse needs.
- Developing individualized treatment plans to address specific conditions.
- Implementing and monitoring a range of physiotherapy interventions.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals within a multidisciplinary team.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with healthcare standards and regulations.
- Providing education and support to patients and their families.
Qualifications and Experiences:
- Must be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Degree or equivalent in Physiotherapy.
