This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, providing essential pharmaceutical services within a prison setting. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and effective delivery of medications to inmates, contributing to their overall health and well-being.Responsibilities:Dispensing medicationsManaging pharmaceutical stockMaintaining accurate recordsCollaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of patient careProviding advice and support to inmates regarding their medications, ensuring compliance with prescribed treatmentsConducting medication reviewsParticipating in health promotion activities within the prisonQualifications and Experience:NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or equivalentRegistration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician, preferably in a prison or similar environmentStrong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices and regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and in a multidisciplinary teamHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsFlexibility and adaptabilityWhy work with Pulse?From the moment you register with us, our focus is entirely on you.
