We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This role requires NHS hospital experience and involves working closely with our pharmacy team to ensure the delivery of high-quality pharmaceutical services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications
- Manage and maintain pharmacy inventory
- Provide support to pharmacists in clinical settings
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
- Educate patients on the proper use of their medications
Qualifications and Experience:
Band 3 Pharmacy Assistant Requirements:
- Must have NVQ Level 2 in Pharmacy Services
- Duties: Dispensary duties only
Band 4 Pharmacy Technician Requirements:
- Must have NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services
- Duties: Dispensary duties only (MMT or ACT not required)
