We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and motivated Biomedical Scientist in Haematology and Blood Transfusion to join our esteemed client in Isleworth. This role requires working in a fast-paced and dynamic laboratory environment, where you will be responsible for executing a comprehensive range of haematology and blood transfusion tests and procedures. Your advanced expertise will be pivotal in ensuring the precision and reliability of test results, which are critical for accurate patient diagnosis and treatment.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will conduct a broad spectrum of haematology and blood transfusion tests, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, and ensure strict adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations. You will analyse and interpret complex test results with a high degree of accuracy, maintain meticulous records and documentation, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver superior patient care.
