We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Diabetes Dietitian to join our esteemed client in Bournemouth. This role offers flexible hours ranging from 15 to 37.5 hours per week, making it ideal for candidates seeking either part-time or full-time work. Your expertise will be crucial in providing specialised dietary advice and support to patients with diabetes, including those with gestational diabetes, and managing pumps and type 1/2/3 clinics and group sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will provide dietary counselling and support to patients with diabetes, including those with gestational diabetes. You will manage and educate patients on the use of insulin pumps, conduct type 1/2/3 clinics, and facilitate group sessions. You will ensure adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations and protocols, maintain meticulous records and documentation, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide exceptional patient care.
Qualifications and Experience:
• HCPC registration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Dietetics or a related field.
• Extensive experience in diabetes management, including gestational diabetes and insulin pumps.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Unwavering attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
