Rate: £19–£23 per hour
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Medicine Manager Technician to join our client\’s team in Sutton. This role is primarily ward-based with some dispensary cover during the day. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing and dispensing medications, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
Responsibilities:
Manage medication therapy for patients, including preparation and dispensing of medications.
Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely delivery of pharmaceutical services.
Maintain medication records and conduct medication reviews.
Provide guidance on medication management to patients and staff.
Qualifications and Experience:
Accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACPT)
Medicine Management Technician (MMT) experience/accreditation
Proven experience in a hospital or clinical setting
Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
Attention to detail and organizational skills
