We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Locum Non-Invasive Cardiac Physiologist to join our team in Barnet. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality cardiac diagnostic services. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a range of non-invasive cardiac tests and ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct non-invasive cardiac tests such as ECGs, Holter monitoring, and exercise tolerance tests.
• Explain procedures to patients, ensure their comfort, and accurately record test results.
• Collaborate with cardiologists and healthcare professionals to interpret results and contribute to patient care plans.
• Maintain and calibrate equipment, adhere to clinical protocols, and stay updated with advancements in cardiac diagnostics.
• Participate in quality assurance activities.
• Assist in training and supervising junior staff.
• Contribute to departmental policies and procedures.
• Provide patient education on heart health and lifestyle modifications.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Degree in Cardiac Physiology or related field.
• HCPC registration.
• Previous experience in a non-invasive cardiac diagnostic setting.
• Proficiency in ECGs, Holter monitoring, and exercise tests.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
