The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacy Technician or Pharmacist to join our team in Lincoln. This role is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of our pharmacy services, providing high-quality care to our patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospital pharmacy and experience in pharmacy procurement or homecare settings.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • You will be dispensing medications and providing pharmaceutical care to patients.
  • You will be managing pharmacy inventory and procurement processes.
  • You will be collaborating with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
  • You will be ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Experience/Knowledge: NVQ Level 3 in Pharmacy Services or Qualified Pharmacy Technician with relevant certification. Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Minimum of 2 years’ post-registration hospital pharmacy experience. Masters degree in pharmacy. Experience in pharmacy procurement or homecare settings.
  • Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals. Good organizational skills to manage workload and meet deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
