We are currently seeking a motivated and compassionate StR Lower in Adult Psychiatry to join our team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience and training in adult psychiatry while providing high-quality care to individuals with mental health needs. Key Responsibilities:- Provide psychiatric assessments and ongoing care to adult patients under the supervision of senior medical staff.
- Participate in the development and implementation of individualized treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Monitor and review patients’ progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary.
- Engage in regular supervision and educational activities to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
- Adhere to relevant policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines to ensure safe and effective patient care.
- Medical degree and full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC).
- Enrolled in or completion of core psychiatry training (CT1/CT2) or equivalent.
- Interest in pursuing a career in adult psychiatry.
