We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Specialty Doctor in Adult Psychiatry to join our esteemed team. The Specialty Doctor will play a crucial role in providing expert psychiatric care to adults, contributing to the enhancement of mental health services, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient-centered care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychiatric assessments and evaluations of adult patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices and clinical expertise.
- Provide psychiatric treatment and medication management for adults with a wide range of mental health conditions.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, nurses, and social workers, to coordinate care and ensure holistic support for patients.
- Participate in case conferences, team meetings, and clinical supervision sessions to review patient progress, discuss treatment strategies, and optimize outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC) or eligibility for registration.
