You will be required to support the Paediatric Department by providing a high standard of care for each individual child, support their families and assess their care needs.
Pulse Nursing are offering flexible shifts in Somerset with escalated rates between £25 – £38.46 per hour, with a range of shifts available including long days, earlies, lates, nights and twilights.
Paediatric Nurse responsibilities include:
- Assess, evaluate, implement and review patients, ranging from 0-18 years old, in a fast paced environment
- Wound care (suturing and gluing)
- Communicating with doctors and relevant healthcare professionals.
- Using your skills to give high levels of care, whilst learning new skills.
- Working as a team to provide a safe level of care.
Paediatric Nurse Role Requirements:
- Valid NMC registration
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a Paediatric setting
- To meet the compliance requirements of both the NHS and private sector
- Right to work within the UK – proof will be required
