Pulse Nursing Agency is working with a research client on a project based in Retford, aimed at carrying out blood tests in the community, starting ASAP. We are seeking Band 5 Registered Nurses to join a team of 20 healthcare professionals. The clinics will be mobile sites with locations changing every 5 weeks.
Successful Service Delivery Leads will have the opportunity to spend four days at other operating sites to understand the service, observe processes, and build confidence in delivery. This helps ensure a consistent patient experience and embeds behaviours and culture throughout the contract.
The role offers competitive pay rates:
- Mon-Fri £29.14
- Sat £33.09
- Sun & BH £37.50
Responsibilities include:
- Providing clinical leadership to Healthcare Support Workers
- Ensuring quality care, clinical governance, and compliance targets are met
- Supporting staff attendance and scheduling
- Being the first point of escalation for operational queries
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience drawing blood
- Service Delivery Lead experience (preferred but not required)
- Right to Work in the UK
