Pulse Nursing are currently recruiting Registered Mental Health Nurses within the Powys area(s). You will be working with vulnerable patients that have mental health traumas and complex needs. You will be responsible for ensuring their safety and developing relationships with vulnerable patients who have experienced major changes and adversities. Rates are between £23.87 – £39.20 Per Hour.
Registered Mental Health Nurse responsibilities include:
- Previous experience with patients who have complex mental health needs
- Working across a variety of shift patterns which include nights
- Ability to adapt to challenging and escalating situations
- Ability to fully comply with Care Plans and Procedures and not deviate from these to ensure protection of the child and yourself
- Have a passion for patients with different mental health concerns and be committed to making positive outcomes and impacts in their life
Registered Mental Health Nurse Role Requirements:
- NMC Registration
- Minimum of 12 months experience in a Mental Health setting – able to provide 2 references for verification
- To meet our framework compliance requirements including DBS, and Occupational Health and Updated CV
- Right to work within the UK – proof will be required
