Rates are between £14.90-£25.00.
Registered Nurse Responsibilities include:- Assessment planning and implementation of care including completion of documents.
- Observe and record the condition of patients.
- Coordinate and manage care for the patients, while working closely with other healthcare professionals.
- Supervising junior staff.
- Provide information and emotional support to patients and relatives.
- Administer medication via appropriate route.
- NMC Registration
- 6 months minimum experience post qualification as a Registered General Nurse.
- To meet compliance requirement including DBS.
- Right to work in the UK - Proof will be required.
