Pulse’s Nursing Team is currently recruiting for experienced Nursing Service Delivery Leads to join the team for a full-time role based in the South East area. These roles will be working locally in the South East area providing Nursing delivery services for a Phlebotomy & Healthcare Research Project. To be successful in this role you MUST have experience of a similar role and be proficient as a phlebotomist. This is an established programme that is looking for new candidates as it moves into its next phase.

Hours: 2-3 days per week, shift patterns vary

Essential skills:
- An experienced nurse who has led nurses in a similar environment
- Proof of phlebotomy as you will be overseeing these services.
We are looking for experienced nurses to be able to work at least 2-3 days per week in a 7-day service. These will be long days working between 7.30am – 6.30pm with Sunday hours being 10.30am – 5pm. This position is available now and will be available until June 2024 when a decision will be made on where the next sites will be. Some of the areas we expect this to be include Rushmoor/Dorking/Farnham. These will be mobile sites which will move around on a regular basis every 4-5 weeks and so it would be very beneficial if you are able to drive and to work at different sites. These positions are available now and the pay rate for this role will be up to £33 per hour (umbrella rate). There are enhanced rates for weekend work.
Main responsibilities of this nursing vacancy:
- Responsible for the provision of clinical leadership to Healthcare Support Workers
- Focus on the day-to-day delivery of excellence in quality care provision, ensuring all clinical governance and compliance targets are met, services are safe and delivered seamlessly
- Supernumerary role which can provide additional support for HSW breaks
- Responsible for staff attendance and scheduling
- Reports directly to Chief Nurse
- First point of escalation for operational queries
