An exciting new opportunity has opened for a Qualified High-Intensity Band 7 CBT Therapist to join a dynamic talking therapy CAMHS team in an NHS trust based in Stockport to work full time on a locum basis.
Post holders will carry a caseload of patients with complex comorbid physical and psychological difficulties, offering assessment, formulation of care and therapy. Post holders will additionally provide specialist expertise to colleagues in the borough through consultation, advice with support from the wider MDT as required.
Requirements:
- A postgraduate diploma in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
- Full BABCP accreditation
- Completed LTC training
- Extensive Mental Health experience
- Be comfortable providing 1:1 or group consultation (face-to-face and via telephone)
- An IAPT supervision course is ideal, but not essential for the role
