Pulse have recently partnered with one of the UK’s specialist providers of diagnostic and healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Clinical Quality & Audit Lead, who can provide overall support for the clinical leadership of the service. This post is based in Chigwell, which is easily accessible via public transport.
About the role
As a Clinical Quality & Audit Lead, you will be working in a 22‑bed service that delivers 24‑hour nursing and therapy services specialising in neuro‑rehabilitation, tracheostomy and ventilator care.

Your main responsibilities as a Clinical Quality & Audit Lead:
- Complete clinical audits within the service to support the site in becoming the best that it can be.
- You will lead a Continuous Improvement plan at the site in line with the CQC.
- Disseminate clinical audit outcomes that generate changes to clinical practice with both individuals and clinical teams respectively.
- Lead Continuous Improvement processes in a Health Care facility.
- Analyse clinical information and create reports for internal / external stakeholders.
- Motivate a clinical services team providing positive leadership and clinical networking opportunities.
- Deliver education and training associated with clinical audits.
What we are looking for in a Clinical Quality & Audit Lead:
- Sound knowledge of the relevant legislative and regulatory body requirements (Care Quality Commission – CQC).
- Experience in undertaking clinical audit activities.
- Proven ability to successfully motivate a clinical services team providing positive leadership and clinical networking opportunities.
- Being a registered practitioner with the NMC or the HCPC is desirable.
