Requirements:
- GMC registered with a valid license to practice.
- Entry on the GMC Specialist Register in Otorhinolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery through:
- CCT (proposed CCT date within 12 months of interview)
- CESR
- European Community Rights (within 12 months of completing a training program recognized for the award of CCT or equivalent)
