The predicted salary is between 80000 - 100000 Β£ per year.

Your responsibility will be to conduct psychiatric assessments, formulate accurate diagnoses, and prescribe appropriate pharmacological and non-pharmacological interventions. You will provide consultation and support to primary care providers, community mental health teams, and other stakeholders involved in the care of adults with mental health needs. You will be expected to participate in service development initiatives, quality improvement projects, and research activities to enhance the delivery of mental health care services for adults.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Full registration with the General Medical Council (GMC). Section 12 essential
  • Demonstrated expertise in the assessment, diagnosis, and management of mental health disorders in adults, including depression, anxiety, psychosis, and personality disorders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and engagement in clinical governance activities.
  • Approved clinician essential
