Consultant Cardiologist Contract: 3-6 months (View to extend)

Location: Taunton, Somerset

Working Hours: 40 hours per week

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated full‑time Consultant Cardiologist to join our client's dynamic team in Taunton, Somerset. Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of heart conditions.
  • Conduct patient consultations and perform diagnostic tests such as EKGs and echocardiograms.
  • Develop comprehensive treatment plans.
  • Perform procedures including angioplasty and pacemaker implantation and provide pre‑ and post‑operative care.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in cardiology, participate in research, and educate patients on managing their heart health.
  • Work to improve patient outcomes and advance the field of cardiology.

Requirements

  • PCI experience preferred.
  • Comprehensive Cardiology experience needed.
