We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Consultant Psychiatrist with expertise in adult psychiatry to join our CMHT team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality mental health services in Bristol. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will contribute to the assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of adult patients, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and patient-centered care. This is a full-time role that will start immediately for an ongoing period of 1 month. The Consultant will conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments of adult patients. They will provide evidence-based treatment and interventions for a range of mental health disorders. The Consultant is expected to collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and nurses, to deliver integrated care. They will participate in clinical reviews and case conferences to ensure the effectiveness of treatment plans. They will monitor and evaluate the progress of patients, adjusting treatment plans as necessary. Contribute to the development and implementation of mental health programs and initiatives. They will maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
