Pulseare is working with a national community pharmacy business at an exciting time as they have invested significantly to grow the business, focusing on culture, career pathways, and pharmacist well-being. This role is based in the Norwich store, which dispenses over 5,000 valued items on average to the local community each month.

About the role: As a Community Pharmacist Manager, you will work in a clinical and service development capacity to ensure patient services are planned, delivered, and evaluated in line with evidence-based practices. You will collaborate closely with the multi-disciplinary team to create and maintain robust pharmacy services.

Your main responsibilities as a Community Pharmacist Manager:

  • Dispense medicines and over-the-counter remedies, providing healthcare advice, consultations, and diabetes checks
  • Develop and lead your pharmacy team, sharing best practices
  • Prioritize clinical governance and invest in team training
  • Proactively develop pharmacy sales, services, and profitability in a cost-effective, safe manner, adhering to legal and company standards
  • Manage daily operations and conduct regular audits to maintain high standards
