Exciting opportunity for a Consultant in Acute Medicine! Pulse is thrilled to announce an immediate opening for a Consultant in Acute Medicine to join our esteemed team in Cheshire. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual who can demonstrate proven expertise in working independently and managing acute patients effectively.
As a Consultant in Acute Medicine, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care to patients within our Medical Assessment Unit. Your responsibilities will include assessing and managing acute patients, conducting senior ward rounds for our 12-bay medical escalation unit twice weekly, and providing leadership and clinical guidance to the multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will have a flexible working pattern, with availability to work Monday from 9 am to 8 pm and Tuesday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm (with no Bank Holidays required). We are looking for someone who possesses excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering patient-centered care.
This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes and contribute to the ongoing success of our Acute Medicine department. Immediate availability is required, with a start date of Monday 8th April extending until November 2024.
