Job Purpose: Barnsley Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Manager to join the SYBP Quality, Risk, and Governance Team. This pivotal role ensures the Laboratory's Quality Management System is operational, effective, and efficient, meeting all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain the laboratory Quality Management System, ensuring it meets and exceeds quality standards.
- Provide line management for the Quality, Risk, and Governance Team as directed by the Lead.
- Report to SYBP Management on the system's functionality and performance.
- Coordinate with all stakeholders to understand and meet user requirements.
