The Pharmacy team at Pulse are currently recruiting for a Band 8a Advanced Clinical Pharmacist (general medcine) in Sheffield. The successful Pharmacist will be required to work full-time or part-time. This role is available to start ASAP; the pay rate for this job is up to £35.00 per hour.

Duties
- To lead, deliver, develop, and evaluate clinical pharmacy services to General Medicine in accordance with the objectives set by the Principal Pharmacist, and Clinical Directorate management representative (where applicable) in order to ensure safe, clinically effective and cost-efficient use of drugs.
- To contribute to the clinical pharmacy services including evenings and weekends.
- The role of the Pharmacy Directorate is to provide pharmaceutical care to patients attending the Sheffield Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (STHFT) and to provide medicines management services to staff of the Trust.
Essential skills
- GPhC registered
- Relevant Pharmacy qualification.
- 2 Years NHS experience.
