Job Description:
The Biomedical Science team at Pulse is recruiting a Band 7 Biomedical Scientist in Haematology to work in a busy hospital in Torquay. We are looking for a biomedical scientist who can make a real difference in supporting the laboratory’s service. This will be a temporary contract with a rate of £28.00 – £35.00 per hour.
What Will You Be Doing in This Role?
As a Biomedical Scientist in Haematology and Blood Transfusion, you will be expected to have excellent experience in using analysers for full blood counts (FBC) and coagulation. Experience in blood film morphology is preferred but not essential. You will be experienced in maintaining and troubleshooting analysers alongside your usual duties in loading and operation.
