Senior Nurse (Band 6)
Location: Letchworth, Hertfordshire
Salary: £35,985 – £43,472 p / a
Are you a passionate and enthusiastic Nurse looking to take the next step up in your career? Pulse is working alongside a charitable hospice in Hertfordshire to recruit a Senior Nurse to support and motivate the Nursing team on a 12-bed Inpatient Unit (IPU). Their low patient-to-nurse ratio allows nurses to provide the highest standards of individualized care to enhance the quality of life for patients and their carers / families.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the Inpatient Unit team in ensuring optimum care standards for patients and their families.
- Oversee and support nurses, APs, NAs, HCA’s, and student nurses to deliver direct and indirect care.
- Demonstrate compassion and a good understanding of the needs of patients living with life-limiting illness and their loved ones.
