Are you a compassionate Occupational Therapist seeking a new opportunity to expand your skills? Pulse is currently looking for a Band 6/7 Occupational Therapist to join our well-established NHS trust, covering all six PCNs: Epsom, ICP Bourne Hall Health Centre, Molesey, Banstead, Leatherhead, East Elmbridge, and Dorking. This full-time position is available to start as soon as possible for an ongoing period of 3 months.
Position Details:
- Location: Covering all six PCNs
- Contract Type: Band 6: 4 days per week, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM; Band 7: 3 days per week, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Driver Required: Access to your own vehicle is essential
- Flexibility: Must be willing to cover all sites
- Pay: Competitive, to be discussed upon application.
Responsibilities:
As an Occupational Therapist, you will provide community and rapid response services, conducting assessments of patients requiring rehabilitation in their homes. Your responsibilities will include delivering rapid responses for admissions, conducting moving and handling risk assessments, and prescribing necessary equipment. The role requires strong moving and handling competency and the ability to adapt flexibly to rapid response requests. You will liaise with social services, continuing healthcare providers, and the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to ensure effective service delivery across the three locations.

- A relevant degree in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
- A full driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle
- Experience working in a community setting
