The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and experienced Band 6/7 Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at West Cumberland Hospital. This temporary position is primarily ward-based, with some dispensary cover as needed.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will provide clinical pharmacy services to hospital wards.
- You will ensure safe, effective, and economical use of medicines.
- You will support and advise healthcare professionals on medication management.
- You will participate in dispensary duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
- Up to date GPhC registration.
- Relevant Pharmacy qualification.
- Hospital experience as a pharmacist.
Desirable:
