Job Title: Band 6/7 Assessment Speech and Language Therapist Location: Sutton, Greater London Duration: Ongoing Hours: Part-time or Full-time, Flexible Start Date: ASAP About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to conduct an assessment for a 20-year-old male recently diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The individual is also suspected to have a learning disability or learning difficulties. He is supported within a placement on a 3:1 staffing ratio and has a forensic history. This position is available now with a pay rate up to £34 per hour. Main responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, and communication needs. Provide detailed reports with recommendations for support. Collaborate with the support team to ensure practical and tailored recommendations. Essential requirements: HCPC registration. Right to work in the UK. Experience with individuals with ASD and learning disabilities. Strong assessment and report-writing skills.
