The Pharmacy team at Pulse are currently recruiting for a Band 5 MMT Pharmacy Technician in Isleworth. The successful candidate will work either full-time – Monday to Friday, 09:00am to 17:30pm with 1hr lunch break (unpaid). This role is available to start ASAP; the starting pay rate for this job is up to £22.00 per hour all inclusive.

Essential skills:

  • The position is centered around the Acute Medicine Unit (AMU), involving award-based role within the satellite pharmacy on the AMU.
  • Experience of undertaking medication histories, reconciliation, dispensing, patient counselling.
  • GPhC Registered.
  • NVQ level 3 in Pharmacy services or equivalent / Btec level 3.
  • Holds the Accredited Checking Pharmacy Technician (ACPT) qualification.
  • Experience using hospital dispensing and prescribing systems e.g. Cerner, JAC, WellSky.
  • 2 years NHS experience.
  • Experience in medicines management and hospital.
