About the role:

The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 5 Pharmacy Technician to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to our hospital’s pharmacy services and lead a dedicated team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform ACT (Accredited Checking Technician) duties.
  • Label and dispense medications using CMM or JAC systems.
  • Manage and support the pharmacy team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and safety.
  • Qualifications and Experience:

  • Essential:
  • GPhC registered.
  • ACT Accredited.
  • Proven experience in a hosiptal pharmacy setting.
  • Desirable:
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using CMM or JAC for labelling and dispensing.
  • Experience of undertaking role of Medicines.
