The Biomedical Science team at Pulse are currently recruiting a Band 5 Histology Office Manager in London. We are looking for an office manager to join the friendly team in Histopathology.

Position: Office Manager

Banding: 5

Location: London

Hours: Full-time

Duration: Temporary

What will you be doing in this Office Manager role?

As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring robust systems are in place for the management and co-ordination of the Cellular Pathology office, providing comprehensive administrative support and knowledge to the Consultant Histopathologist team, Dermatologists, junior doctors and management team in Pathology.

Essential Requirements for this position:

  • Experience of leading and managing a large team, including chairing meetings
  • Experience in working with multidisciplinary teams at all levels

  • Experience of project management
  • Experience of Pathology, Winpath LIMS systems
  • Knowledge of wider NHS issues and priorities
