About the role:
The Pharmacy team at Pulse is seeking a dedicated and skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to our pharmacy services and ensure the highest standards of patient care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support within the pharmacy department.
- Assist in the preparation and dispensing of medications.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
Qualifications and Experience:
- ACT qualification or willing to work towards qualification.
- Must be registered with GPhC as a Pharmacy Technician.
- NVQ3 in Pharmaceutical Services or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months hospital experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Labelling and dispensing experience and knowledge of JAC computer system.
- Experience of undertaking role of Medicines.
