Pulse is one of the UK’s fastest-growing live-entertainment partnerships agencies. We connect major brands to the UK’s biggest festivals, venues, tours and artists through high-impact, media-driven partnerships that blend sponsorship, content, experiential and scale. Our clients include some of the biggest brands in the world across FMCG, alcohol, beauty, tech, telco, fashion and lifestyle. We work with hundreds of festivals, thousands of venues and a global network of artists. Pulse sits at the intersection of live culture and media performance.

The role: We’re hiring a commercially driven Agency Sales Manager (Partnerships) to help us scale our relationships across the UK’s major media agency groups. This is a front-line sales role focused on selling Pulse into agency partnerships teams — becoming their go-to live-entertainment partner and unlocking more briefs, more brands and more long-term revenue. You will own and grow relationships across: Dentsu, WPP, Omnicom, IPG and Publicis. You will be responsible for positioning Pulse inside agency groups as the smartest, fastest way for their clients to access festivals, venues, artists and live-culture IP. To be clear, this is not a project management role, this is a sales role for commercial growth.

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years’ experience selling into media agency partnerships teams
  • A track record of relationships within Dentsu, WPP, Omnicom, IPG or Publicis
  • Experience selling sponsorships, media partnerships, branded content, experiential or integrated campaigns.

If you don’t already know how agency partnership teams work - this role is not the right fit.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning and growing key agency group relationships
  • Booking and leading meetings with Partnerships Directors, Account Directors and Planning Teams
  • Getting Pulse embedded into agency planning cycles and client briefs
  • Introducing Pulse to new brands through agencies
  • Taking briefs and matching them to festivals, venues, artists and live experiences
  • Working with Pulse’s strategy and delivery teams to build winning proposals
  • Presenting decks, concepts and partnership routes to agencies and brands
  • Converting agency interest into signed brand partnerships

You’ll be selling:

  • Festival and venue sponsorships
  • Experiential activations
  • Content and media packages
  • Bespoke branded live-entertainment IP

All backed by Pulse’s unrivalled rights-holder network and guaranteed media delivery.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Commercially confident - you’re comfortable selling to senior agency people
  • Relationship-led - people take your calls and trust you
  • Hungry - you want to grow, earn more and build something
  • Polished - you can present, pitch and write properly
  • Organised - you can manage multiple live deals at once
  • Passionate about festivals, music and culture

This is a perfect role for someone who has proven themselves inside agencies or media partnerships and now wants to step into a business where they can really make their mark.

Why Pulse?

You’ll be joining a fast-growing, founder-led agency at the centre of UK live culture. You’ll get:

  • Access to hundreds of festivals, venues and artists
  • The chance to work on some of the UK’s biggest cultural moments
  • A fun, ambitious team that moves quickly

If you want to sell something that actually matters in culture - this is it. We look forward to hearing from you - team Pulse.
