The Pharmacy team at Pulse is currently recruiting for a Band 6 ACT Technician in Bristol. The successful candidate will be working full-time hours, Monday to Friday. We are seeking a ward-based pharmacist with previous experience.
Typical duties include:
- Dispensing medications prescribed by doctors and other medical professionals
- Reviewing prescriptions for accuracy and suitability
- Providing information and advice about drugs, side effects, dosage, and storage
- Offering additional health advice, such as smoking cessation guidance
- Maintaining records like pharmacy files, patient profiles, and inventories
Essential skills:
- GPHC Registered
- Clinical Experience
- Relevant UK experience
