The Role

We’re looking for an experienced CRM Business Analyst to shape and deliver customer engagement solutions that truly make a difference. You’ll translate strategic goals into practical solutions capturing stakeholder needs, shaping clear requirements, and guiding the design process from initial discovery through to successful delivery.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead workshops and discovery sessions to uncover business needs and pain points
  • Translate stakeholder goals into functional requirements and user stories
  • Collaborate with developers, consultants, and project teams to design scalable, user-centric D365 CE solutions
  • Support testing, training, and change management to ensure successful adoption
  • Champion continuous improvement and user experience throughout the project lifecycle

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in D365 CE or with other CRM solutions (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, SugarCRM etc.)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
