The Role
We’re looking for an experienced CRM Business Analyst to shape and deliver customer engagement solutions that truly make a difference. You’ll translate strategic goals into practical solutions capturing stakeholder needs, shaping clear requirements, and guiding the design process from initial discovery through to successful delivery.
What You’ll Do
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to uncover business needs and pain points
- Translate stakeholder goals into functional requirements and user stories
- Collaborate with developers, consultants, and project teams to design scalable, user-centric D365 CE solutions
- Support testing, training, and change management to ensure successful adoption
- Champion continuous improvement and user experience throughout the project lifecycle
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in D365 CE or with other CRM solutions (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, SugarCRM etc.)
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to document and translate business needs into technical requirements
- Understanding of business processes and CRM best practice
