About the Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for maintaining and continually improving our Integrated Management System, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. You will lead our Quality Control Laboratory, managing a team of two QC Technicians, while working closely with Production, Technical and Commercial teams to ensure the highest standards of quality, compliance and product consistency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and maintain the Integrated Management System.
  • Manage the Quality Control Laboratory and two QC Technicians.
  • Coordinate internal, external and customer audits.
  • Manage customer complaints, non-conformances and corrective actions.
  • Maintain quality documentation, procedures and Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Support environmental and occupational health and safety management systems.
  • Monitor quality performance and drive high standards across the business.

  • Experience managing an Integrated Management System within a manufacturing environment.
  • Good working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
  • Experience leading internal and external audits.
  • Experience managing a small team.
  • A practical, organised and hands-on approach.
  • Someone who enjoys improving systems, raising standards and embracing innovation.
