Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Certified Reformer Pilates Instructor located in Manchester. Day-to-day tasks include leading small-group and 1:1 Reformer Pilates sessions, ensuring precision coaching, and developing individualized progressions for clients. Instructors are responsible for maintaining a professional and welcoming studio environment, tracking client progress, and providing consistent support and motivation.
Qualifications
- Pilates Instruction and Physical Therapy skills
- Experience in Group Exercise and Teaching
- Strong Customer Service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients
- Knowledge of injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques
- Relevant certifications in Pilates Instruction
- Experience in a fitness or wellness setting is a plus
- CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage
