What you’ll be doing
- Designing intuitive, user-centred interfaces for web and mobile platforms
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma
- Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and senior stakeholders to translate complex requirements into elegant solutions
- Conducting user research and usability testing to validate and refine design decisions
- Building responsive experiences that perform beautifully across all screen sizes
- Developing and maintaining component libraries and design systems
- Writing clean, reusable front-end code using React & TypeScript
- Optimising user journeys and conversion funnels through data-led design decisions
- Staying ahead of emerging UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies
- Participating in design reviews and contributing thoughtful, constructive feedback
What we’re looking for
- Expert proficiency in Figma for design, prototyping, and collaboration
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and modern web standards
- Good understanding of ReactJS & TypeScript for component-based development
- Experience working with design systems and component libraries
- Mobile-first mindset with a strong grasp of responsive design principles
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Confident communicator who enjoys cross-functional collaboration
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX thinking and front-end implementation
Nice to have
- Experience with Tailwind, Bootstrap, Sass or Less
- Exposure to other frameworks (Vue, Angular)
- Familiarity with design tokens and design-to-code workflows
- Experience with tools like Framer or Principle
- Knowledge of Git / version control
- Familiarity with analytics tools (GA, Hotjar, etc.)
- Basic understanding of APIs and back-end concepts
