Job Description

🚀 Role: Contract UX Researcher / Designer

🏭 Industry: B2B SaaS Technology

💰 Pay: Up to £325-£350/day outside IR35 (6- month contract)

📍 Location: UK Remote + occasional travel to offices in Slough/Middlesbrough

We're looking for a UX Researcher/Designer to drive strategic product developments for MVP delivery in four months, in a complex B2B environment. You'll work on a Subcontractor Portal integrated with Enterprise ERP, Applications refactor, and mobile Expenses App, with a combined business case of up to £1m ARR over 5 years.

🔍 You have 5+ years building customer-centric products with strong UX skills and UX research experience in agile frameworks. 🎨 You're a product designer with research passion who thrives on complex problem-solving and wants to understand problems. 🚀 You can handle ambiguity and own solutions end-to-end, from journey mapping and user interviews to gap analysis and solution design.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Deep expertise in Figma, Miro, Jira
  • Strong UI skills
  • B2B SaaS experience
  • Finance/accounting/ERP software background
